5. "Freeroll", "Tourney" or "Freeroll Tourney" shall mean a free poker Tournament, such that no Consideration is required for a participant to be eligible to compete for the prize.
6. "Live-Table" shall mean actual, physical poker table format (as opposed to computer-generated, online or virtual).
7. "House Cash" shall mean a prize voucher redeemable for Tourney venue merchandise.

FindLiveFreeroll, through This Site, provides local listings of Texas Hold'em Live-Table Freeroll Tourneys from a variety of publicly advertised sources, where available (the "Services"). Actual prizes may vary. While we strive to maintain an accurate and comprehensive directory, we disclaim any assertion that the Services are exhaustive, error-free or represent the most up-to-date or complete Tourney details, and by using This Site you agree that it is your responsibility to verify the status, specifics and nature of any Tourney This Site lists, either by (a) contacting the Tourney venue or (b) checking with the Tourney league, before acting on the listing information (including, without limitation, relaying the information or making plans to attend the event). Furthermore, you acknowledge that the minimum age requirement to attend any of the Tourneys listed on This Site may vary depending on venue, but is generally twenty-one (21).

This Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information (the "Material"), including, without limitation, text, images, software and graphics, and the entire contents of This Site are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. FindLiveFreeroll owns copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the Material, as well as in the content original to it. You will not copy or transmit any of the Material, except for your personal, non-commercial use on your computer. All copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices displayed on This Site must appear on all copies you print. Furthermore, you agree that you will refrain from attending or participating in any illegitimate or falsely advertised Tourney listed on This Site (including, without limitation, any event requiring a payment for entry or prize eligibility, or that endorses gambling or illicit activity), or that does not meet the definition of a Texas Hold'em Live-Table Freeroll Tourney, as defined in Section 1. You agree not to use This Site for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or by any local laws applicable to you. By using this Site you agree to comply with United States law and to that of your own country, including those laws dealing with technical data export.

This Site's privacy policy is set forth in the Privacy Policy, and you hereby agree to the terms of this policy and acknowledge that such terms and policies may be changed without specific notice to you.

To register on This Site and become a member, you must complete the registration process and affirmatively accept these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy. This Site offers two levels of membership that offer varying degrees of enhanced site features, as outlined on the membership Join page of This Site: (1) Shark, which requires a paid monthly subscription ("Subscription"), and (2) free basic. The Shark membership Subscription is managed by PayPal payment services.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize FindLiveFreeroll, through its payment processor PayPal, to charge applicable recurring fees to your designated credit card on a monthly cycle, beginning upon successful subscription sign-up and ending roughly 30 days thereafter. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing cycle of your then pre-existing subscription, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the cycle. If your subscription is subject to use or sales tax, then FindLiveFreeroll may also charge you for any such taxes, besides the subscription fee or other fees published on This Site. FindLiveFreeroll reserves the right to change the fees, charges or billing methods in effect, or add new fees and charges, at any time. FindLiveFreeroll will announce these changes in advance. You are responsible for reviewing This Site and these Terms to obtain timely notice of such changes, and continued use of This Site after notice of the changes constitutes acceptance of such changes. You may cancel your Subscription through PayPal.com by accessing and following its subscription cancellation instructions. Your Subscription membership fees are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part for any reason. All cancelled Shark memberships revert to free basic memberships. You may cancel your free basic membership and delete your account at any time by emailing your cancellation request, subject 'membership cancellation', including your FindLiveFreeroll.com account number and account email address, to cancel@findlivefreeroll.com. Emailed cancellation requests may take up to 48 hours to process.

You are responsible for obtaining access to This Site and that access may involve third party fees, including, without limitation, Internet service provider, telephone, airtime, cable, wireless or other connection fees that you may incur when using This Site. You are solely responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are solely responsible for all equipment necessary to access This Site.

The provisions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 shall survive termination of these Terms.

If a court finds any of these Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, that Term will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the other Terms shall remain valid and enforceable. These Terms, together with those agreements made a part of these Terms by reference, make up the entire agreement between us relating to your use of This Site and replace any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of This Site. The laws of the State of Georgia (USA), without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms, as well as your and our observance of them. If you take any legal action relating to your use of This Site or these Terms, you agree to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia (USA). In any such action or any action we may initiate, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney fees. You agree that any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with This Site and/or these Terms, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and that these Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
